2. Hosting & Server Logs
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) on servers located in Germany. When you visit our website, your browser automatically transmits data that is stored in server log files, including:
- IP address (anonymised)
- Date and time of access
- Requested URL
- Referrer URL
- Browser and operating system
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical stability and security). Hetzner acts as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR; a Data Processing Agreement is in place. No transfer to third countries takes place, as the servers are operated exclusively in Germany.
Retention: max. 30 days.
3. Direct Contact
When you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone number, message content) to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
Retention: Data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully resolved, subject to statutory retention obligations (up to 10 years under commercial and tax law).
4. Contact Form (Typeform)
Our contact and enquiry forms are powered by Typeform S.L. (C/Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain). Data you enter in a form is transmitted to and processed by Typeform.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by submitting the form) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Typeform acts as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR. As a Spanish company, no third-country transfer takes place.

5. Google Ads & Google Consent Mode v2
We use Google Ads and related tracking services provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure conversions and display targeted advertising.
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, which controls the following parameters:

Without your consent, all parameters remain denied. They are only set to granted after you accept via our cookie banner.

Data is transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
